Masta Product Range Covers All Bearing Accessories Manufactured In-house. Standard Products Include Adapter Sleeve, Withdrawl Sleeve, Lock Nut, Lock Washer, Locking Clip And Seals. These Products Are Manufactured On CNC Machines Ensuring Repetitive Accuracy, Excellent Aesthetic Look And Mass Production. Adapter Sleeves Are Supplied As A Set Of Tapered Diameter Sleeve, Lock Nut And Lock Washer Or Locking Clip Together. These Products Facilitate Easy Bearing Mounting And Dismounting Since They Require No Additional Location On The Shaft To Mount Any Position As Desired. The Sleeve Have External Diameter In Taper Of 1:12 Which Matches With Inside Tapered Bore Of Bearing. The Dimensions Of Adapter Sleeves Are In Accordance With ISO 113/I-1979. Standard Adapter Sleeves Are Made From C20 C30 Carbon Steel Material. Adapter Sleeves From Sizes 44 (bore Diameter 200 Mm) Are Made As Standard Design As Well As With An Oil Hole With Threaded Connection And Oil Distribution Groove On Outside Surface Of Sleeve. Such Types Are Designated As OH Sleeve And Used With Hydraulic Oil Injection Arrangement For Mounting And Dismounting.

Masta Withdrawl Sleeves Are Manufactured On CNC Machine For Precision And Requisite Surface Finish. They Have External Taper Of 1:12 Except For AH 240 Series And AH 241 Series Which Have An External Taper Of 1:30 Which Can Be Used With Spherical Roller Bearings Of Series 240- -K30 And 241 - -K30. Standard Withdrawl Sleeves Are Manufactured From C20 C30 Carbon Steel Material. The Dimensions Are In Accordance With ISO 113 / I-1979 Wherever Applicable.

Lock Nuts

Lock Nuts Are Used To Locate Bearing On Shaft With Assembly Of Adapter Sleeves. These Nuts Can Be Also Used Directly On Shaft Or With Withdrawl Sleeve When They May Be Referred As Shaft Nuts Or Withdrawl Nuts. It Facilitates Mounting Or Dismounting Of Bearing On Adapter Sleeve Or Withdrawl Sleeve As The Case May Be. Lock Nuts Have Metric Thread Up To Thread Size M 2003,known As KM Series And Have Trapezoidal Threads Fro Threads Size Tr220x4, Known As HM Series. They Have Four Or Eight Equally Spaced Slots Around Outside Diameter For Inserting Hook Or Impact Spanner For Assembly And Disassembly. Dimensions Of Lock Nuts Up To Size 40 Are In Accordance With ISO 2982 Wherever Applicable. Masta Lock Nuts Are Manufactured On CNC Machines For Controlling Dimensions And Excellent Finish. The Threads Are Verified With Go And No-Go Plug Gauges.

Lock Washers Are Available In MB Of MBL Design With Corresponding Locknuts. The Purpose Of Lock Nut Is To Firmly Keep The Locknut In Adapter Sleeve Assembly At A Position By Engaging A Groove In Shaft And Suitable Slot In Locknut. Masta Lock Washers Are Mad From Deep Drawn Steel Sheet. The Dimensions Conform To ISO 2982. For Larger Lock Nuts, Locking Clips Are Used. They Are Attached To The Shaft Nut Using A Hex Head Screw. Masta Lock Nuts Are Generally Supplied With Zinc Coating Or Blackodized.

SD Series Plummer Blocks Are Made Of Grey CastIron Grade FG 200 Of IS:210, Which Can Be Made From SG Iron(SDD) Or Cast Steel Castings (SDT) Also For Heavier Loads On Order. SD Series Plummer Blocks Are Suitable For Spherical Roller Bearings Of Series 231 K With Adapter Sleeves For Shaft Dia 150mm To 300 Mm, And Same Are Designated As SD 31Plummer Block Suitable For Bearings Series 230 Are Designated As SD 30, Similarly SD 500 And SD 600 Series Plummer Blocks Are Suitable For 22200 CCK And 22300 CCK Series Bearings Respectively. SD Series Plummer Blocks With Straight Bore Bearing Are Designated With Suffix G, Eg SD31.G. These Plummer Blocks Are Either Supplied With Triple Seal Type Labyrinth Collars On Both Ends And The Plummer Blocks Housings Are Designated By Suffix TS Or With Triple Seal Type Labyrinth Collar On One End And End Cover On Other End For End Shaft,which Are Designated With Suffix ATS. All Labyrinth Seals Are Supplied With Rubber O Cords And Allen Grub Screws Which Ensure That The Seal Rotates With The Shaft. All SD Series Plummer Blocks Are Suitable For Floating Loose (L) Bearing It Can Be Held Or Fixed (F) By Inserting Suitable Loacating Rings Which Are Supplied On Orders.

For Efficient Sealing And Preventing Foreign Particles To Enter Into The Bearing Housings,triple Or Double Seal Type Labyrinth Rings Are Provided. For Mounting The Plummer Blocks On The Foundation,two Or Four Elongated Bolt Holes Are Provided.For Four Bolt Holes, Plummer Block Designation Is Prefixed With F E.g. 4440 And 4430 Type Plummer Blocks Are Split Housings Having Top And Bottom Halves Held Together By Two Or Four Bolts Securely. High Tensile Bolts Of Grade Minimum 8.8 Grade Are Used For Holding The Top Half. They Are Suitable For Extreme Heavy Loading Applications. As Per Customers Requirement, For Extreme Load Application Services, Stronger Bolts Of Grade 12.9 Are Provided As Cap Bolts. They Are Designed For Spherical Roller Bearing Mounted On Adapter Sleeve / Withdrawl Sleeve Or Directly Mounted On Cylindrical Shaft. For This Type Of Plummer Blocks, Bearing Are Normally Lubricated With Grease. However, For Shaft Diameter 160 Mm And Above And Plummer Blocks Type 4430, A Circulating Oil Lubrication Also Used. As Per Customers Requirement For Higher Temperature Application, The Standard Nitrile Rubber Seal Are Replaced With Viton Or Silicon Material Seal. Customer Should Specify Such Requirements While Ordering. These Type Of Plummer Blocks Ae Specially Designed For Steel Industry Applications And Suitable For Spherical Roller Bearing With Shaft Size Ranges From 30 Mm To 450 Mm.
